A true leader has confidence, courage, and compassion

Earlier this week I wrote about the challenges some of us face.
Sometimes at a very young age.

Often, the more difficult the life path is, the richer the rewards.
Overcoming challenges and hardships builds a strong character.
It builds confidence. And courage.

All traits of a great leader:

A true leader has the confidence to stand alone,
the courage to make tough decisions,
and the compassion to listen to the needs of others.
He does not set out to be a leader,
but becomes one by the equality of his actions
and the integrity of his intent.

Big or small, each project she worked on helped define the importance of gaining and sustaining a competitive edge in an increasingly complex business environment.

Business know-how, love of teaching and writing – all combined in 2006 to form OBI.

Through its training, consulting, and publications OBI builds bridges of knowledge to take you from where you are to
where you want to go. Using a mix of serious, informal, analytical, and optimistic approach, OBI truly makes learning fun.
