It’s best to shop with well-known companies.
Criminals will lure you with steep discounts.
Or try to get you to use gift cards or wire transfers
And more of the same.
Always verify school related messages
Be aware of impersonation scams
The criminals will try to trick you into paying fake fees.
Or they want your personal information.
Most importantly, protect your children’s data
Especially their Social Security number
It’s a prime target for identity thieves.
